The National Disability Rights Network is involved with some other national organizations working on improving the air travel experience for people with disabilities. One of the lead organizations in the effort is the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
Part of the effort to improve air travel is to collect stories about the problems people with disabilities encounter on commercial airlines. PVA has have created a website to collect stories, available at: https://air-access.org/
If you are a person with a disability or have friends, co-workers or know other people who have encountered problems with air travel, particularly recently, we would encourage you to post them to this website.
