Kelsey Lesco obtained her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Arizona and her law degree from the University of Oregon. In July 2014, Kelsey was hired as a staff attorney for the Protection & Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness Program. Kelsey coordinates Disability Law Colorado's Olmstead Program, including extensive work on the Nursing Home Project, which helps to move people with mental illness and developmental disabilities living in nursing homes back into the community.
