Beginning September 1, 2016, Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) applicants and members will have 60 days, as opposed to the current 30 days, to file an eligibility appeal with the Office of Administrative Courts. The 60 days is based on the eligibility determination date on the Notice of Action.
The eligibility Notice of Action will be updated to reflect the 60 day timeline for appeals starting in early 2017.
