Judge Rules DLC has Associational Standing to Sue Federal Prison

The United States District Court for the District of Colorado ordered today that Disability Law Colorado has associational standing to sue on behalf of prisoners in a Federal facility.  This means that DLC has the authority and standing to represent all inmates at ADX (the United States Penitentiary Administrative Maximum Facility) with significant mental illness or emotional impairment, even those who have not requested representation by Disability Law Colorado.
