Disability Law Colorado’s Vote! Program is encouraging people with disabilities to participate in the following public meeting:
The US Election Assistance Commission (EAC) is holding a public meeting in Boston on Wednesday, April 27th specifically to address HAVA compliance and the experiences of voters with disabilities. They will hear from elections administrators, advocates, and voters themselves. In addition to the hearing, the EAC is collecting stories from voters with disabilities across the country. Voters can submit their stories by emailing listen@eac.gov and listen@ndrn.org with the word “Testimony” in the subject line.
